Legal
By connecting a Xero organisation and using XeroClarity, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
XeroClarity is a forensic accounting analysis tool. It connects to your Xero organisation via OAuth 2.0, fetches financial data, runs automated forensic checks, and generates a PDF report summarising its findings.
You may only connect Xero organisations for which you have authorisation to access. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to run forensic analysis on the connected data.
XeroClarity requests read-only access to your Xero data. We do not modify, create, delete, or post any data to your Xero organisation.
XeroClarity’s findings are generated by automated analysis and are intended as a starting point for human review — not a substitute for professional accounting judgement. We make no warranty that findings are complete, accurate, or free from error. Always verify findings independently before taking action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ubiquitous LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of XeroClarity or reliance on its output.
We provide XeroClarity on an “as available” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
