CustomerClarity is a data analysis service operated by Ubiquitous LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By uploading a file to CustomerClarity or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CustomerClarity allows you to upload a CSV file containing customer or contact records and receive an automated analysis identifying likely duplicate records, conflicting details, and data quality patterns.
The service produces:
CustomerClarity is an analysis and review tool. It does not modify, merge, delete, or write data to any external system. All actions taken on your data based on this analysis are your own responsibility.

CustomerClarity is currently offered as a beta service. During the beta period:
Beta pricing (including free access) is offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.
When payment processing is active, fees are charged per analysis based on the number of records in your uploaded file. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. During the beta period, no payment is required.
The CustomerClarity service, including its design, code, analysis methodology, and output format, is the property of Ubiquitous LLC. You retain all rights to your uploaded data and to the factual content of your analysis results. You may not reproduce or redistribute the CustomerClarity interface or methodology without written permission.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ubiquitous LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of CustomerClarity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
