TheReconciliator forensics is a subscription — you connect your accounting platform and run analysis on an ongoing basis. MigrationClarity, CustomerClarity, and classClarity are one-time purchases per file or assessment. No recurring charge.
No. All three are fully anonymous — upload your file or connect QuickBooks, see a preview, pay to unlock the full report. No signup, no login, no stored credentials.
Results are held in memory for 2 hours after upload. Download your PDF report before closing your browser. If results expire, re-upload and pay again — the upload and analysis take under 2 minutes.
It connects to your QuickBooks Online via OAuth, fetches every Bill Payment and its linked Bills, then allocates each payment amount proportionally across the Bill's line item Classes and Locations. Every dollar is counted exactly once.
Currently QuickBooks Online via OAuth. CustomerClarity works with any CSV export from any platform. MigrationClarity works with QuickBooks Desktop sealedledgers. classClarity requires QuickBooks Online.
